NEW development programme for writers
The New Ink Tank is a brand new professional development
programme for writers provided by Ink, set up by Beccy Stirrup.
Within the 12-month programme you will have the chance to take
your writing further whilst also having the benefit of being part
of a network of writers. You will create your own Personal
Development Plan, giving you the freedom to work towards your
individual goals. This will develop at each Focus Group
Being part of a network of writers often leads to opportunities
for work or creative collaborations. Former development programme
writers have had their work performed at West Yorkshire Playhouse
and published in several magazines, such as Mslexia and Route, as
well as attracting interest from publishers and agents.
The course offers writers the opportunity to focus on their
writing through a structured programme of monthly Peer Assessment
and Focus Group meetings, Workshops, Master Classes and Reading
All activities are scheduled on weekends and evenings, enabling
you to fit the programme around other commitments you may have.
Places are limited and there is an application process.
If you have any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch by
phone: 07749 976 168, or email: email@example.com
Meetings will take place in and around Wakefield and Leeds.
Deadline for applications: Friday 21st November
