2008murmurARTFreelance Writers required to contribute to murmurART - an
international web-based magazine and exhibition space that profiles
emerging artists of distinct promise, and exhibits their work for
sale online.
The company was established with two goals: To support emerging
artists from around the world through increased exposure and sales
and to bring the most exciting new contemporary art from around the
world to a larger audience. The project will go live in November.
The company was established in April 2008 and is based in Notting
Hill, London.
Responsibilities will include contributing articles, reviews and
features on artists, shows and blogs, writing blog entries and
attending shows. As part of a start-up company, the candidate will
benefit from high levels of responsibility, will build up a large
portfolio of bylines, gain art world immersion and will work
alongside a former editor of Art Review. They will be expected to
write concise and intelligent copy, generate work independently and
thrive upon individual responsibility.
This job is paid, however, rates are on a commission basis
