Heather Reyes

Heather Reyes published short fiction for over 20 years before making her debut as a novelist earlier this year with Zade (Saqi). She has a special interest in the more literary and innovative forms of writing, particularly in European literature. Her work has appeared in a wide variety of magazines and books in the UK and USA, including Chicago Review, Fiction International, Ambit, White Noise, Chapman, Mslexia, Philosophy Now, and the British Council Anthology, Identity Papers. She was short-listed for the 2003 Asham Award.  Formerly a teacher, she now works as a full-time writer and editor.
