Ravi Mirchandani has worked at Macmillan (as an editor of academic reference books), Penguin and Weidenfeld, and is now Publishing Director of Wm Heinemann, an imprint of Random House UK. Originally a non-fiction editor, he now publishes both fiction and non-fiction. His authors have included Richard Dawkins, Ian Kershaw, Steven Pinker, David Cannadine, Michel Houellebecq, Bernhard Schlink, Andre Dubus III, Rachel Seiffert, Richard Powers, Thomas Harris and Neal Stephenson.
